1. INTRODUCTION OF MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

1.1. Natural World Trading Co., Ltd  (“NWT”, “we” or “our”) introduces NWT Member Code for our registered Member to accumulate bonus point while purchasing our products applicable to the NWT Membership Program ( or “Program”).

1.2. At the time customer successfully registers to become a Member of NWT (“Member”), Member hereby acknowledges that Member has read, understood and complied with all Member Rules.

1.3. We reserve the right to change terms and conditions provided herein at any time as well as launch any promotional program applicable to the Program. These changes might affect, including but not limited, affiliate partners, benefits related to the membership. Any modification, supplementation of the Program shall be published from time to time on our website and other communication channels.

 

2.  SUBJECT OF REGISTRATION

2.1. NWT Membership Program is available to individuals who are 18 years old or higher and Vietnamese citizen, foreigner permanent resident or work permit holder in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “Member”).

2.2. Each Member shall only be granted one (1) member code. Member may change its owned personal details, communications preferences or cancel Membership right at any time by informing us by written form available at our store.

3. PERSONAL DATA AND ITS PURPOSES

3.1. The personal data customer provided helps us to understand customer’s needs, maintains our relationship with customer (Member), process transactions (if any), fulfill our delivery obligations for any products, services or activities we undertake with Member, and improve the quality of our services. In particular, we collect Personal Data of customer for the following purposes, including without limitation: (a) to process relevant information for the provision of products, services or activities that best meet the preferences or needs of Member; (b) to respond to feedback from Member.

 4.POLICY

4.1. Membership code is used for accumulation of points that may be offset directly into the bill for the next purchase, and to upgrade Membership Tier. Payment by gift voucher under any forms shall not be counted to collect bonus points.

4.2. Every spending of VND 10,000 equals to 100 points. At whatever time that the total spending equals to VND 1,000,000 Member are entitled to redeem VND 10,000 into the next purchase. The expiry of bonus points will be the last day of Dec of each year.

4.3. Point accumulation process: At the time of payment of purchase, Member must provide registered phone number and Member Code for the purpose of recording bonus points.

• The time of point accumulation is within the same day of purchase.

• Bonus points are not accepted to be recorded for the receipt or invoice in respect to transaction made before the successful of Membership’s registration.

4.4. Subject to provisions of a particular program, Members shall be requested to present ID card or passport to verify Member’s eligibility.

5. MEMBERSHIP TIERS

5.1. NWT Membership Program has four tiers: Standard, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Bonus points, eligible discount rate and other benefits are differently for each tier.

 

6. MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT

6.1. Member’s benefits are described below. We reserve the right to modify any Member’s benefits in accordance with applicable laws; and at the time at which the benefits are successfully changed, we shall make public announcement via our website and other communication channels.

(*) Bonus point redemption is to be deducted directly to the purchase only and could not be transferred into cash.
